Cakes & Cupcakes
We offer daily carrot cake and red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing. Additionally, we offer daily regular cupcakes. American cake with fudge icing, American cake with buttercream icing, chocolate cake with fudge icing, chocolate cake with buttercream icing.
LAYER CAKES
RED VELVET/CARROT CAKE
EITHER Red Velvet cake or Carrot cake, cut into 3 layers in between cream cheese filling and icing.
RUM CAKE
Sponge cake soaked in rum flavoring, cut into 3 layers in between a layer of chocolate custard and vanilla custard/strawberry filling mixture. Whipped cream with sliced almonds.
CANNOLI CAKE
EITHER American Cake (yellow) or Chocolate Cake, cut into 3 layers in between cannoli filling with chocolate chips. Whipped cream.
FUDGE LAYERS
EITHER American Cake (yellow) or Chocolate Cake, cut into 3 layers in between fudge filling and icing.
BROWN DERBY
Chocolate Cake, cut into 3 layers in between 2 layers of whipped cream with bananas, peaches, and strawberry filling. Whipped cream with chocolate cake crumbs.
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
American Cake (yellow), cut into 3 layers in between 2 layers of whipped cream and strawberry filling. Whipped Cream with fresh strawberries on top.
BOSTON CREAM RING
American (yellow) cake in a ring shape filled with bavarian fluff topped with chocolate fudge.
LEMON RING
American (yellow) cake in a ring shape filled with lemon cream topped with powdered sugar.
TIRAMISU
Sponge cake soaked in a marsala wine, coffee, and rum flavoring, cut into 3 layers in between layers of a whipped mixture of whipped cream, bavarian cream, mascarpone cheese, and coffee. Contained in a ring of ladyfingers, dusted with cocoa powder.
